Introduction

The PCL-860 is a 4 1/2 digit DC/AC voltmeter card that plugs into any I/O slot of IBM PC/XT/AT or compatible computers.It provides all the features and accuracy you would expect from a bench-top voltmeter.
It uses the computer screen as its display and it takes one forth of the screen when activated. This size allows 4 separate PC’s instruments (including the PCL-860) display on the screen at same time. In addition, instead of using push-buttons on the instrument front panel,it uses the computer keyboard.

The PCL-860 provides a standard programmable DC current source.It can be used as a 4-wire resistance precision ohmmeter. The PCL-860 has also a build-in 16 bit digital output
